Utility Refund Raffle Draw

Cargills Bank Credit Cardholders can enter a raffle draw by achieving minimum cumulative spend of LKR 20,000 during July 1 - August 31, 2026. Earn one entry per transaction of LKR 4,000 or more. 12 winners will receive up to LKR 25,000 refund for utility bills at CEB, LECO, or NWSDB.
