Credit Card Spend Campaign - Lucky Draw Raffle

Cargills Bank Credit Cardholders can earn raffle entries by spending minimum LKR 20,000 during the campaign period (July 1 - August 31, 2026). One entry earned per transaction of LKR 4,000 or more. Winners selected through random draw receive rewards: Grocery Bill Wipeout up to LKR 30,000 (36 winners at Cargills FoodCity), Fuel Refund up to LKR 50,000 (12 winners at domestic fuel stations), or Utility Refund up to LKR 25,000 (12 winners for CEB, LECO, NWSDB). Reward spending window: September 16 - October 15, 2026. Excluded transaction categories: gambling, casinos, betting, and money transfer services.
