Utility Refund Lucky Draw Campaign

Cargills Bank Credit Cardholders can participate in a lucky draw by spending minimum LKR 20,000 during July 1 - August 31, 2026. Earn one raffle entry per transaction of LKR 4,000 or more. 12 winners will receive up to LKR 25,000 utility refund credits for Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), Lanka Electricity Company (LECO), or National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB). Winners must spend during September 16 - October 15, 2026 to claim rewards.
